The BlueLine outside micrometers comply with DIN 863/1 and provide a complete solution for dimensional inspection in workshops and quality-control departments. A resolution of 0.01 mm allows fine and detailed readings, while the accuracy – depending on the measuring range – is specified in the table to help select the most suitable model. The graduated sleeve and thimble, 18 mm in diameter with matt chrome finish, ensure excellent readability even under difficult lighting conditions.

The measuring spindle, 6.5 mm in diameter with 0.5 mm pitch, offers smooth movement and high rigidity and is equipped with a locking device to hold the measured value. Carbide measuring faces, ground and precision-lapped, guarantee high wear resistance and long-term repeatability. Measuring force is controlled by a friction thimble, reducing operator-related errors. The painted frame with insulating pads up to 200 mm improves thermal insulation and comfort. Each micrometer is supplied in a case, complete with setting standard (for ranges above 25 mm) and adjusting wrench.
