The series of interchangeable Cuspids is designed for precision centres 172.400 with compression stroke and for rotating centres 172.400F without compression stroke, used on CNC and conventional lathes.

 

The Cuspids ensure a stable and accurate support of the workpiece during turning operations, secondary machining, centring or rotating support applications.

Each model is made of hardened and ground steel, guaranteeing high rigidity and constant concentricity, essential for achieving high-quality surfaces and preventing vibration.

The availability of different geometries — standard, conical, truncated-cone and with 60° or 90° angles — allows perfect adaptation to cylindrical components, tapered parts, flat surfaces or workpieces with special shapes.
