ER32 DIN 6499 (DIN ISO 15488) collets with coolant sealing are designed for precision tool clamping on CNC machines, ensuring controlled coolant flow. Integrated neoprene inserts within the slots provide sealing and direct coolant exclusively through tools with internal channels, up to 25 bar. They ensure high concentricity, reduced transmission play, and improved clamping stability, enhancing surface finish, chip evacuation, and tool life even in heavy-duty machining operations.

ER32 DIN 6499 (DIN ISO 15488) collets with coolant sealing are designed for tool clamping in CNC machining applications where coolant management, system stability, and process repeatability are critical to achieving high-quality results. The ER32 range, with a clamping capacity from 4 to 20 mm, is particularly suitable for medium to large component machining requiring both high clamping force and precision.

The operating principle is based on the standard ER geometry, ensuring uniform elastic clamping along the entire tool shank, providing balanced force distribution and reducing transmission play between tool and spindle.
