High precision ER32 collets compliant with DIN 6499 ensure stable clamping and excellent concentricity for CNC machines, automatic lathes and machining centers. Made from hardened and ground alloy steel, they reduce vibration, play and geometric errors during machining. Available with differentiated clamping ranges, they provide maximum precision in narrow ranges and greater flexibility in extended ranges. Ideal for milling, drilling and tapping, including through-coolant applications.

High precision ER32 collets compliant with DIN 6499 are designed to provide extremely stable, accurate and repeatable tool clamping in CNC machines, machining centers and automatic lathes. Manufactured from high-alloy steel, hardened and ground, they ensure excellent geometric stability, wear resistance and consistent performance under demanding machining conditions.
Their operating principle is based on controlled elastic deformation, allowing uniform clamping force distribution across the entire tool surface. This significantly reduces transmission play and vibration, improving machining quality and minimizing form and positional errors.
Available versions differ by clamping range. Narrow range collets (2.5–3.0 mm) are optimized for ultra-high precision applications where maximum concentricity is required. Wider range versions (4.0–20.0 mm) provide greater flexibility, covering a wide range of tool diameters with a single collet while maintaining high industrial precision.
