The moisture analyser simultaneously measures water activity (aw) on 4 channels in the range 0-1 aw and temperature from -10 to +50 °C. Aw indicates available water in organic products and determines perishability and food safety by influencing microbial growth. Equipped with a 7" touchscreen, it displays and saves data in real time, offering three measurement modes: normal, rapid and continuous. Calibratable from 1 to 6 points, the multilingual menu supports Chinese, English, French and Spanish. It stores up to 65,535 data sets per channel and has an integrated printer. Ideal for quality control in various industries, the device allows data to be exported to PDF, Excel or as screenshots.

The moisture analyzer measures water activity on 4 channels, both simultaneously and separately, in the range from 0 to 1 aw and temperature from -10 to +50 °C. The Aw value represents the free water in organic products and indicates the vapor pressure of the product, influencing microbial growth and chemical reactions. It is not the water content, but the Aw value that determines perishability and edibility.
The analyzer has a 7" touchscreen to display real-time data and save them for subsequent analysis. Three measurement modes are available: normal, fast, and continuous. It can be calibrated from 1 to 6 points and offers a multilingual menu. The memory can store up to 65,535 data sets per channel, with printing capability via the built-in printer.
The software allows real-time control and visualization, with data export in PDF, Excel, or as screenshots. Suitable for various applications, such as quality control in the food and cosmetic industries, biological and pharmaceutical research, and paper production. Water activity can be controlled through additives, adequate packaging, or optimal storage conditions to prevent microbial growth.
