The 3-point micrometers for indoor use allow direct measurement of the hole diameter at every stage of the machining process, from production to testing.
The accuracy of the measurement and the centring of the instrument with respect to the hole are ensured by the three contact points offset each other by 120°, while the clutch guarantees repeatability and constant measuring pressure.
